• Free first inspection of property after one month of new tenant. We recommend 4 monthly checks after that of $30 + G.S.T. (photographs are taken and sent to you).
• Free advertising via trademe. Newspaper advertising will be meet by owner.
• No further charges or commission on maintenance charged by tradesman.

We are on call 24 / 7 to ensure that all issues, questions or disputes will be dealt with in a timely manner. We also respond to all telephone messages, emails and letters. We promptly advise you of anything that affects your property or the tenancy.

We will not arrange any repairs to your property without your knowledge and approval first. If an emergency repair is required and you are unable to be contacted we will not go above your pre-approved disbursement (Unless the repair is defined as urgent under the Residential Tenancies Act).
