Two months ago Property Management Direct joined Auckland Centrals branch of BNI.

BNI stands for Business Network International. BNI is a business and professional networking organisation that allows only one person from each profession to join any group or chapter.
There are currently 129 chapters in New Zealand and some 2,741 members with a number currently under formation. Worldwide there are 125,000 members in 5,454 chapters in 38 countries.

The catch phrase is “Givers Gain” by conduction individual meeting s known as “Dances” you get an understanding of each others profession and that person. Once a level of trust and understanding occurs that individual may then recommend a fallow members service to their own clients.

By helping each other each members business grows. No money or commission is changed over just friendly help and assistance.

Our meetings are held at the Bull Fish Café in Westhaven Marine every Thursday at 7am, we are currently looking to expand our chapter.
